What flatin.pt is for when you buy a home

Buying a home in Portugal is a chain of separate tasks, from the first listing to the signature at the notary. Some of them nobody can take off you: the tax number, the bank account, the taxes and the signature stay with you. The rest is done by people on the ground, and that is what flatin.pt is for: it routes your request to a licensed specialist, watches that you get an answer, and swaps them if they do not suit you. The table shows where the line runs.

Who does what

17 tasks in the table: 2 stay with you, the other 14 are done by the specialists flatin.pt routes your request to.

What stays with you either way

The tax number is issued to you, the account is opened in your name, the tax is paid by you, and the deed is signed by you. The service does not do those steps for you and does not pretend otherwise.

None of it has to be done blind: what comes on top of the price is what the calculator shows, and the municipal rates are open on the site.

What does this cost me?

You pay the platform nothing. The agency commission is paid by the seller, as a rule, and going through us does not change it.

Can I ask for a different specialist?

Yes. Tell us and the request goes to someone else — no reason needed.
