A team that combines decades of selling property with decades of building software and artificial intelligence. We joined forces to make buying a home in a hard market as simple as possible: prices, delivery dates, permits and taxes in one place, and a request that goes to a specialist at a licensed agency.
What flatin.pt is
flatin.pt is a platform. We collect and publish data about the Portuguese housing market, provide calculators, take your request and pass it to a named professional at a licensed estate agency.
From there the agency works with you. The service contract is with them, not with us.
