Your data

How to ask
Write to info@flatin.pt. No form and no reason required. The request is free.
How long we take
Up to one month from receipt. If the request is complex the deadline can be extended by two further months — and we tell you within the first month, with the reason.
How we check it is you
We ask only that you confirm the e-mail or phone number the request was left with. We do not ask for an identity document: that would collect more data than the procedure is meant to protect.
Who else we tell
If we delete or correct your data, we tell the agency the request was sent to, so that it does the same. That message carries none of your data — only the request number.
What is not deleted, and why
The consent record is the proof that the transfer was lawful and is kept for three years. Invoicing documents follow their own tax retention periods. The log of who opened your contact is anonymised along with you, but the fact of the access remains.
If our answer does not satisfy you
You can complain to CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority, and go to court.
