One block of code, no plugin and no iframe. The same numbers this site computes, from the official 2026 tables.

How it works
Paste the code where the calculator should be. The file draws the form inside your own block and asks our API what the purchase costs. It is not an iframe: the markup stays on your page, in your colours and your typeface.
The code
Copy all of it. The link to flatin.pt is part of the code you paste — the file does not add it. That is why you can see it, move it, or restyle it.
It goes into the link as utm_source, so we know which sites the visits come from. Nothing else is sent.

The version number is in the address. A fix reaches your visitors within 24 hours; a change that would break the markup gets a new number and your code keeps working. We do not offer integrity: it pins the bytes and would blank the calculator on every site at the first fix.

Licence and credit
Use it on any site, commercial or not, without asking and without paying.
The one condition: the link to flatin.pt stays visible and stays a link. Hiding it with CSS or replacing it with plain text is the same as not having it.
flatin.pt is not an estate agency — it holds no AMI licence — and not a tax adviser. The result is an estimate from official tables and replaces neither an accountant nor a notary.
What is sent
The price the visitor types, and nothing else. No cookies, no localStorage, no identifiers, no analytics of our own. The file creates no link and touches nothing outside your block.
Like any HTTP request, the calculation carries the visitor's IP address and the address of the page it came from. The IP is used for rate limiting only, lives in memory and is not stored with the calculation; of the referrer only the domain interests us.
If your site has a Content-Security-Policy, it needs script-src and connect-src to allow https://flatin.pt. Without style-src the calculator still works — it simply goes without our stylesheet.
