What income does the D7 visa require in 2026?
€920, €460 and €276 a month: calculation from the 2026 RMMG under Portaria 1563/2007, art. 2 n.2, in that order for the first adult, each further adult, and each child or dependent adult child.

Where the figures come from
RMMG is the guaranteed monthly minimum wage: €920 on the mainland in 2026.
The Portaria sets the test as shares of the RMMG (100%, 50% and 30%) and gives no euro amount for this test, and the name D7 does not appear in it, so the euro figures here are a calculation.
The Portaria takes the wage «líquida de quotizações», net of social security contributions, while the calculation here uses the RMMG as published, with nothing deducted, so its results are not net amounts.
Pensioners and rentiers
They must show means of subsistence for a period of at least 12 months.
