Porto's exit dates are as precise as the council updates its list (every one to two weeks); Lisbon's layer is updated about monthly, so its latest titles arrive with that lag. Porto's pre-reform share still open is not published (we only see cases from the start of our observation). Fewer than 30 cases in a cell gives null, never 0. Shares are per mille.
